Dec. 1, 2008 - Coming off its fifth South Central regional title in eight years, the Truman volleyball squad will look to maintain its momentum and capture its first National Title at the NCAA Championships - held December 4-6 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Nov. 29, 2008 – An all-around effort from junior guard Laura Joya and a game-high 19 points from senior forward Georgia Mueller helped lead the Truman women’s basketball team to its second consecutive non-conference win – a 66-61 victory against William Woods (Mo.) on Saturday in Kirksville.

Nov. 26, 2008 – Four Truman senior volleyball players – Allie Cherven, Melissa Keck, Eli Medina and Whitney Boehler – received all-Region honors as released Wednesday by the AVCA. Cherven, Keck and Medina were named to the all-Region team, while Boehler picked up honorable mention status.

Nov. 24, 2008 – The Bulldog men’s basketball team raced out to an 11-0 lead and defeated Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) 68-51 to move to 5-0 on the young season. Brian Nwelue led the Bulldogs with 13 points.
