Development and Download
Noc is the codename for Hieraki 1.0+. Noc is from ground up designed to be a multiuser learning object repository: a web-based electronic publishing software that provides searchable access to a central, integrated resource of learning materials. In June 2005, Hieraki 0.5.1 and Noc Courseware merged to Hieraki 1.0+ featuring the following out-of the-box capabilities:

Hieraki is released under the MIT-Licence. The software is written in 100% Ruby using the unparalleled Ruby on Rails framework. The Noc project was started at Truman State University in 2003/2004 with the help of Dr. Diane Johnson and Dr. Don Bindner. I would like to thank both for their support.
