Evonne Bird received her bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Eastern Montana College. She earned her master's degree in Sports Health from Texas Tech University. She is also an ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist and has work experience in physical medicine & rehabilitation and in preventive medicine. Some of the classes she teaches include Introduction to Exercise Science, You Are What You Eat, Science of Fitness, Sleep and Health, First Aid & CPR, Lifetime Health and Fitness, and The Parenting Process. She is also an advisor for the Catholic Newman Center. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and children, Koby, Keegan, and Kelsey, exercising (especially playing basketball), volunteering and cross-stitching.
