What is Self-Organized Learning?

Imagine the difference between coming to a situation to learn and coming to be taught.  Coming to learn--that's self-organized learning. Learning is self-organized when you come to a situation with an intention--something you want to solve, or do, or learn, or try out, or accomplish.
