Math Phys (Phys 382) Student Survey

If you are taking Math Phys this fall, I will need the following information about you. It will not be used for anything other than course-related purposes:

I want to find out about your previous coursework, to learn what is likely to be new to you and what you might already be aquainted with.
I also want an idea about your programming skills, so I know what to assume when giving computational assignments.
And of course, I would like your e-mail adress, since I intend to distribute course-related announcements by e-mail and on this web site.
