Among the weirdness which fascinates me and draws my critical fire, creationism comes first, even ahead of UFOlogy and parapsychology.

I've described myself as a godless infidel, a screaming atheist, and an Enlightenment Rationalist Fundamentalist. But I've also argued that while religions misdescribe the world, being religious can also be the rational thing to do.
Some secularist sites:
A couple of conservative religious pages. Liberal sites are OK, but don't have quite the same entertainment value.
My politics are not quite mainstream either; I consider the US Democratic party too right-wing for my tastes. On the other hand, I'm generally too cynical about politics to worry much about it.
