Welcome! I am a professor of biology with special interests in aquatic invertebrates and electron microscopy. For many years, my research involved marine creatures (flatworms and chaetognaths). More recently, I have been studying the invertebrates of northeastern Missouri streams so that students working with me can study live organisms during the school year. I received a B.S. in Zoology from Washington State University (1976) and a Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Washington (1984). Use the tabs above to access additional information (P.S., I am just beginning to add information to this site).
