Academic Search Elite (EBSCO).  1985+.  A multi-disciplinary database that indexes over 3000 periodicals, many scholarly journals and some popular magazines.  Includes full text of about 2000 of the periodicals.  You can limit your search to find only scholarly, peer-reviewed journals.

Art Full Text. 1984+.
Indexes more than 400 key international arts periodicals and some other arts publications.   Full text from 1997 onward is available for select publications.

Humanities Abstracts.  1984+
Citations from about 325 periodicals in archaeology and
classical studies, area studies, folklore, history, performing and visual arts, philosophy, religion and theology, language and literature.

JSTOR. Archive of scholarly journals. Includes journals in Art & Art History

Biography and Genealogy Master Index. (1 simultaneous user).
