Reliabase:
Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre's web-based portal to the Brookhaven
protein database (link is to mirror site at Rutgers). To use the
visualization portion of the software you will need to install Rasmol (use the
Install 3D visualization
software link on the Reliabase page and then follow the instructions). Note
that you can't do this on University computers unless you have administrative
privileges.
