Information for out-of-town guests

We used to have some links to other hotels up here, but due to powers beyond my control (read: incompetent hotel employees) none of those hotels have maintained vacancies for you all. We were able to find another hotel that is fairly close to the wedding venue, and are currently holding rooms (Just mention Katie Monson, or "Monson/Hoops wedding!"). The rate for the night of Thurs. 5/24 is $59.99 a night, and the night of Fri. 5/25 is $99.99 a night. I imagine most of you who will be coming in from St Louis (or further!) intend to stay at least the night of the wedding since we don't anticipate the festivities being over until about midnight, and I went ahead and got reservations for the previous night as well for those who will be at the rehearsal as well.

PLEASE make your reservations by 4/8/07, as that is the latest date that they can guarantee availability and rate. Beyond that date, they must release any leftover rooms to other individuals/groups, so there will be no guarantee that you'll still be able to reserve a room there.

The good thing about this hotel is that it's right by Worlds of Fun! Jeff and I are talking about possibly inviting anyone who wants to for a pay-your-own-way WOF hang-out day on the morning/afternoon of May 24th. If we decide to go ahead with this, we'll update you further :-)
