(If you are not
listed, please submit a bio to the web
admin – at this time we are assuming nobody else
is still on the project!)
Your name, major, some background on your experience
with anything relevant. Also, please mention if you are doing this
for a capstone.) There are plenty
of positions, and we are starting again full force with
a very clear purpose.
Steve Duepner - Computer Science
major (CAPSTONE PROJECT)
Objective: Artificial intelligence + music + other
contributions.
Details: Currently very busy as a senior graduating this
upcoming May. Would like to complete a capstone project on the
artificial intelligence aspect of the game.
John Hainline – Computer Science
major Objective: Graphics engine core
programming. Will be creating the interface and actual
implementation for OpenGL accelerated graphics. Understood
Programming Languages: Java, C/C++, MySQL, Javascript, PHP,
XHTML, Ada 95,
mASM. Languages Competent In: Java, C++, Ada 95, PHP, XHTML. Programming
Environments: Windows (all above 95), Linux (mostly Red
Hat) Other experience:
I've made several attempts at making games before, mostly text-based and small 2D games.
Familiar with DirectX. Secret Power: Has two Computer Science brothers to call upon when in dire need.
Mike Miller – CS / Math
double major Objective: Interface programming
and text parsing, since nobody wants to do that. Basically general

before I was a preteen. I tried to copy Windows 3.0 with like 30
floppy disks and the Xcopy command off my dads computer onto mine
while he was away (it didn't work). Worked on many projects with
the owner of www.voxelz.net
(who, might I add, is just a high schooler! Marvel at his
power!!!).
Robert Moore - Computer Science major
(CAPSTONE PROJECT)
Objective: Artificial intelligence + infrastracture + other
contributions.
Details: An active, extremely helpful member in design discussions.
Is also working towards graduation this upcoming May. Would like to
complete a capstone project on the artificial intelligence aspect of
the game.
Stan Park - Computer Science
major Objective: Already created the Unit,
Squad, Player, Equipment, and other similar classes over the
summer. Will now focus on interfaces between all the major pieces
and handle a lot of the overall engine core. Experience:
Knows a variety of languages and has been programming text based
games for some time.
