Troubleshooting Your Web page and (T) Drive

 

Problem: You can’t save or you save and your document comes up blank.

 

Solution:Check to see if you have any space left on your (T) Drive.

 

1)      Open the ‘My Computer’ icon on the desktop screen

 

2)      Right-Click on the appropriate drive (HTML (T) drive or STUDENT (Y) drive)

 

3)      Scroll down to, and select, the ‘Properties’ option; when finished, select ‘Cancel’
