Airline stuff: Getting to Kirksville can be annoying, but it sure is worth it...

Kirksville: (Click for flights) Flying right into Kirksville costs about $100-$150 more, but saves you the cost of a rental car, and 4ish hours each way. It's a cute little airport, with a couple flights per day St. Louis. For best results, fly American on the first part of your trip, and the Kirksville section will be cheaper. Note that flights never come to Kirksville on Saturday. I'm trying to keep track of seats. We can easily get you a ride to and from the airport.

Medium-distance: (2 hours or so) airports include Quincy, Ill, Columbia, Mo, Cedar Rapids, IA, and Des Moines, IA. All have limited flights, but might be a good compromise between K-ville and the bigger airports. Sometimes you can find a great deal.

KC and St. Louis: The farther airports, however, are probably your best bet to save money. Plan on renting a car. If you e-mail us, or look on this page, we'll try to match up folks to share a rental car. Kansas City is about 3:20 hours away, and has a nice airport. KC is almost always cheaper, but has a smaller offering. St. Louis is about 3:45 hours away, and is the biggest airport in the region. St. Louis has the most flights around, from more carriers.

Room Stuff:

All the rooms we blocked off are taken. Sorry. Other hotels in town have rooms, though. The cheapest is the Super 8. Click here for a list.
